About Tim Jones

Tim Jones is a high capacity leader with 20 years of experience leading organizations, teams and communities. He’s an Emerging Leader with The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and an Emerging Non-Profit Leader in the American Express Leadership Academy. Tim also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University.

 

Tim specializes in challenging and persuading audiences to live by the mantra he created and lives by, “Leave no potential on the table.” He is the author of Leave No Potential On The Table: Your Best Contribution to the World, a book to help individuals navigate and narrate their journey to realize their greatest dreams and goals. 

 

Tim gives keynote addresses for diverse organizations, including Conagra Brands, Atlas Service Corp, Chicago Public Schools,White Castle, Prospanica, Illinois Department of Employment Security and the United States Government.

 

Tim is passionate about helping organizations and their teams see their future self and use every gift, skill, ability and talent they have to do so.

 

He lives, loves and leads in the city of Chicago, with the help of his greatest motivations–his  three children, Caygan, Cambridge, and Ever.
